오늘은 왕초보를 위한 상급종합병원(대학병원) 갈 때 준비사항에 대해서 알아보겠습니다.

그리고 요양급여의뢰서와 진료의뢰서 발급받는 방법과 의학용어(약어)에 대해 몇 가지 알아보겠습니다.

 상급병원(대학병원)에 필요한 요양급여의뢰서

 

중요!

상급병원(대학병원)은 국민건강보험법에 의거 1-2차 병원 또는 의원에서
발급한 요양급여의뢰서를 제출해야만 보험 급여 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다.
요양급여의뢰서 없이도 진료는 가능하지만 보험혜택은 X (돈 많이 나오겠쥬?)

그래서!

저의 사례를 통해 쉽게 알려드리겠습니다.

 

 

요즘 3개월째 가슴 및 복통, 옆구리 통증에 시달려 (아주 죽겠습니다. 아파서 자다가도 눈이 떠집니다.... 암튼) 석 달이나 2차 종합병원을 다니고 있는데 담당 의사 선생님이 상급병원으로 전원 가보라고 하셔서 대학병원으로 가볼까 생각 중입니다.

암튼 얼른 낫기를 바라는 마음에 대학병원을 알아봅니다.

가까운 고려대학교병원을 택했습니다.

예약을 해줍니다.

알아보니 상급병원은 아무 때나 갈 수는 있지만 1,2차 병의원의 요양급여의뢰서를 가지고 가야 의료보험이 적용된다고 합니다.

 

 

 

 

 요양급여의뢰서란?

 

요양급여의뢰서란 상급 종합병원에서 진료 서비스를 받기 위해 발급되는 문서를 말합니다.

의뢰서에는 건강보험 증진 번화, 환자 진료기간, 환자상태 및 진료 소견, 담당 의사의 서명 등이 기록됩니다.

국민건강보험 요양급여의 기준에 관한 규칙 별지 제4호 서식의 용양급여의뢰서를 제출하여야만 상급종합병원에서 건강보험 적용을 받을 수 있습니다.

소화기내과 진료의뢰서

 

요양급여의뢰서의 유효기간은 별도로 없습니다만 의료급여환자의 경우에는 유효기간이 발급받은 날부터 7일 이내 의료기관에 제출해야 합니다.

만일 중간에 공휴일이 있다면 제외하고 7일입니다.

진료소견이 적힌 진료과에서만 유효하며 다른 진료를 원하시면 해당 진료과의 요양급여의뢰서를 다시 제출해야 합니다.

 

예를 들어 서울대학교병원 소화기내과 진료를 위해 다니던 동네 병원에서 요양급여의뢰서를 발급받아 제출하고 치료를 받은 후 비뇨기과에 진료를 보고 싶다면 새로 받아서 제출해야 합니다.

 

그래서 아래처럼 소화기내과에 이어서 비뇨기과 진료의뢰서를 또 발급받았습니다.

진료의뢰서는 1차 진료 후 2차 진료를 받고자 하는 경우 1차 진료담당의사로부터 요양급여 기준에 따라 무상으로 교부받을 수 있습니다.

 요양급여의뢰서 발급방법

 

요양급여의뢰서에 대해서 정확히 이해되고 나면 발급하는 것은 매우 간단합니다.

다니시는 병원 의사선생님께 진료의뢰서 또는 요양급여의뢰서를 발급 요청하시면 됩니다.

지금 다니는 병원이면 바로 요청해서 받아오면 되는데 예전에 다녔던 병원은 어떻게 하면 좋을까요?

다시 재발해서 큰 병원에 가보고 싶을때 말이죠.

 

이것도 똑같습니다.

지체 없이 다니던 종합병원에 전화를 넣었습니다. 

병원으로 오랍니다.

담당 선생님이 진료의뢰서(=요양급여의뢰서) 써주면 된답니다.

그래서 오늘 다니던 병원에 방문하여 진료의뢰서와 CT 찍은 CD를 복사해 왔습니다.

제가 용어들을 찾아보고 진료소견을 해석해 보았습니다.

상기 환자 오른쪽 가슴 흉부 통증 -> 상복부 통증 -> 좌측 상부 4분의 1 통증으로 
본원 타 내과 진료 후 족저근막염, 위식도 역류질환 등으로 보고 약물 투여 후 증상 일부 호전되었으나
약 소진 후 증상 재발하여 추가검진 원해 의뢰드리오니 고진선처 바랍니다.
- 대상포진 가능성도 없지 않으나 피부 병변이 전혀 없는 상태로 위식도 역류질환 약처방 후 팔로우업 예정입니다.
